Job Description

  • Type up organizations' documents.
  • Record meeting minutes and notes.
  • Draft documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Reformat, convert, and integrate documents to conform to company specifications.
  • Keep the physical and digital document filing system.
  • Transfer data from paper formats into digital files.
  • Modify completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Collect and organize typing material.
  • Scan and print files, as required.
  • Carry out general office duties as assigned.


  • 50 to 80 words per minute typing speed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must be familiar with paper and digital document filing systems.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.


  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
