Job Description

  • Responsible for the direct communication and convincing the clients by selling them products as follows;- Trade Facilities, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Credit card, Audit Report, Lc/ Bank guarantees, Auto loan.
  • Maintain all the daily activities and record everything in Excel.
  • Enter and update the customer details in the database.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets and facilitate future sales.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Conduct administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Monitor office supplies and order when needed.
  • Handle email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve administrative problems.

  • Strong communication skill in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.


  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
