Job Description

  • Process purchase orders for imported products.
  • Keep accurate data and records while accommodating data changes.
  • Examine, approve and file purchasing records appropriately.
  • Oversee the availability of imported products.
  • Implement standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure that the best possible rates are in line with the company’s buying policy. 
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.


  • Previous experience in the logistics industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving. and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • A valid UAE driving license.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management.
