Job Description
- Inspect sites on a regular basis to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervise the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Advice site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Implement site safety rules to reduce work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintain an appropriate record of employee attendance.
- Evaluate the performance of construction employees and establish disciplinary measures as required.
- Examine blueprints to make sure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Suggest changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
