Job Description
- Handle and direct phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Maintain an office filing system.
- Schedule job interviews.
- Maintain and update records of new staff.
- Prepare and present reports on general HR activity.
- Order office supplies when needed.
- Respond to emails, and routine letters, direct inquiries to the designated person.
- Prepare meeting documents.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Maintain updated contact information for company employees and suppliers.
Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skill in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge in HR duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
