- Handle calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Arrange and schedule meetings.
- Prepare meeting documents.
- Track inventory of office supplies and order when required.
- Write/distribute routine correspondence.

- Perform other extra tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Female Filipina or Indian can apply.
