Job Description
- Handle phone calls, redirect calls and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Sort/distribute incoming mail.
- Order office supplies.tradin
- Process, edit and format reports/documents.
- Prepare administrative reports for the senior management.
- Manage office correspondence and filing systems.
- Organize/update databases.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems if any.
Requirements
- Must have experience in the same role.
- Experience in accounts will be an advantage.
- Fast learner.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Available to join immediately.

- Minimum 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
