Job Description

  • Handle phone calls, redirect calls and take messages.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
  • Sort/distribute incoming mail.
  • Order office supplies.tradin
  • Process, edit and format reports/documents.
  • Prepare administrative reports for the senior management.
  • Manage office correspondence and filing systems.
  • Organize/update databases. 
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems if any.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the same role.
  • Experience in accounts will be an advantage.
  • Fast learner.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Female candidates may apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
