Job Description

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos and forms.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Oversee office supplies and order replacements.
  • Post journal entries to make sure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and payable.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.


  • Knowledgeable in Peachtree.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Must be on cancelled & tourist visa.
  • Well oriented, versatile.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Software.
  • Can handle emails and other necessary reports.
  • Can work under pressure and with limited supervision.
  • Preferably Female candidates.
  • Freshers may apply.


  • Accounting Degree or Four-Year related in Accounting Courses.
