Job Description

  • Manage listings on online portals.
  • Provide excellent support to the sales staff who are primarily on the move.
  • Manage high quality ranking on portals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage property ads.
  • Manage day to day operations of leads and listings on CRM.
  • Support in-office paperwork and compliance.
  • Follow up calls with clients and sales staff.
  • Arrange viewings with the sales team (if required)
  • Manage fallback calls and fetching requirements.
  • Assist filing and organizing data and information for agents.
  • Draft tenancy contracts and MOUs.
  • Maintain records of the signed-off forms and applications.
  • Assist forms and applications.
  • Keep up to date with RERA compliance.
  • Fetch Trakheesi permits from the portal.
  • Communicate internally with the agents.
  • Conduct follow up and feedback calls with clients.
  • Liaise with the agents in communicating viewings.
  • Allocate and reroute leads as per policies.

Requirements

  • Well versed with real estate tools.
  • Proficient in managing technology.
  • Vigilant in communication and messaging.
  • Prior experience in real estate or similar industry preferred.
  • Arabian (Bi-lingual) preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proficient in managing leads and listings simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate need to be vigilant and well versed with technology and messaging platforms. 
  • Preferably on Husband/Father/Mother sponsorship visa.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
