Job Description

  • Record sales and purchases made in the computer system.
  • Prepare statistical reports on sales, stock, orders and management.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them t the designated person when needed.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos and forms.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents.
  • Track inventory of office supplies and order more when needed.
  • Compile data and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • With experience in UAE.
  • Currently on visa should be transferable.
  • Filipina candidates can only apply.
  • Knowledge in Excel.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Good command over English.

Qualifications

  • Accounting Background.
