Job Description
- Monitor the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- Arrange meetings with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to make sure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Coordinate between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
- Make sure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
- Identify prospects and leads.
- Prepare and present reports.
- Implement sales strategies.
- Handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Maintain a CRM database.
- Attain or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is a must.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
