  • Prepare plans of action and schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate delivery of products and services.
  • Follow up on quotes to close orders and achieve sales targets.  
  • Present and sell the company’s product and services to current and potential clients.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate method.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Recommend changes in product service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Identify and resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Well knowledge of the Fire fighting, fire alarm and fire Protection Industry in UAE.  
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
