  • Handle and resolve complaints from customers.
  • Provide after-sales support when needed.
  • Support in processing orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle emails and answer customer queries.
  • Make sure orders are processed according to customer requirements.
  • Maintain/develop a filing system to maintain sales records and prepare reports.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Good command on English.
  • Good communication skills.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
