Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers.
  • Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries from the customers.
  • Carry outdata entry when orders are completed or updated.
  • Follow up on leads and direct sales leads to appropriate person of sales team.
  • Handle emails and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Make sure all customer information is correct.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Remain up to date with product information.
  • Adhere to  all companies policies and procedures.


  • Previous work experience in sales is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills. 
  • Good command over English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
