Job Description

  • Provide administrative assistance, to held the communications on the executive`s behalf.
  • Help the customer service in answering emails and calls.
  • Manage executive calendars and organize meetings.
  • Schedule and send reminders if needed. 
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.


  • Must have proven experience as a Receptionist.
  • Non-Arabic Female candidates may only apply.
  • European, Russian and Filipina preferred.
  • Good communication skill in English is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Receptionist/Secretary preferred.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
