Job Description
- Provide administrative assistance, to held the communications on the executive`s behalf.
- Help the customer service in answering emails and calls.
- Manage executive calendars and organize meetings.
- Schedule and send reminders if needed.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Receptionist.
- Non-Arabic Female candidates may only apply.
- European, Russian and Filipina preferred.
- Good communication skill in English is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Receptionist/Secretary preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
