Job Description

  • Greet clients and record client walk-ins.
  • Assign tasks to Customer Service staff on CRM system.
  • Prepare monthly vehicle management reports and pantry expense reports.
  • Prepare the employee monthly mobile bill deductions and entering them into the system.
  • Prepare the monthly utilities report.
  • Prepare and send Aramex and Empost shipments for the company.
  • Make international calls and transfer them to the concerned staff.
  • Coordinate with drivers for tasks requested by company staff.
  • Keep up with all company car related tasks (Salik, fines, and registration/insurance renewal) and initiate the necessary action when needed.


  • Arabic speaking candidates can only apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Preferably on Husband/Father/Mother sponsorship visa.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
