وصف الوظيفة

  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls to the designated person.
  • Make sure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies if needed and maintain an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars/schedule meetings.
  • Maintain an updated record of office expenses and costs.
  • Carry out clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Freshers may also apply.


  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma.
