وصف الوظيفة

  • Schedule/arrange appointments between doctors and patients.
  • Support patients to fill all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
  • Complete the documentation of patient visits.
  • Answer incoming calls, deal with inquiries and transfer calls as needed.
  • Collect payments.
  • Acquire patient identification and insurance information.
  • Help respond to medical emergencies if needed.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.


  • Medical background preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
