Job Description

  • Handle all the customers' questions and address their complaints.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Review, sort and forward emails.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Update calendars.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses.
  • Provide after-sales support when needed.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate the processing of all orders.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform other related tasks as set by the company.


  • Candidate should be flair in communication skills, coordination with the sales team.
  • Well versed in computer literacy.
  • Presentable & having a good personality in appearance matters.
  • Female candidates can apply.
  • Even fresher’s candidates from India, Philippines, Bhutan, Srilanka preferred.
