Job Description

  • Mediate dealing with between seller\developers and buyers ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
  • Coordinate With developers Properties for newly released projects.
  • Actively source new clientele through marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Assist sellers/landlord in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.


  • A strong mindset and prepared for the fast-paced market.
  • A strong sales background, preferably real estate agency, sales or lettings experience. A dynamic attitude with the passion and desire to succeed.
  • Individuals must be upbeat, positive, punctual and ready for a challenge.
  • A good communicator in both spoken and written English.
  • Good command on the Arabic language.
  • A valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of real estate experience.
  • Ability to work under Pressure.
  • Multitasking ability.
