Job Description

  • Oversee stock levels and identify purchasing requirements.
  • Track orders and make sure timely delivery.
  • Carry out market research to identify pricing trends.
  • Maintain updated records of invoices/contracts.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
  • Make sure that orders received are accurate and goods received are not damaged.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the organization.
  • Keep accurate records of purchases made.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Good understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field.
