Job Description

  • Oversee stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
  • Track orders and make sure timely delivery.
  • Carry out market research to identify pricing trends.
  • Keep updated records of invoices and contracts.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
  • Make sure that orders received are accurate and goods received are not damaged.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to make sure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases made.


  • Knowledge of industry market trends and conditions.
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field.
