Job Description

  • Carry out research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to make sure the best deal.
  • Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to make sure goods are received on time.
  • Oversee inventory and verify purchase requisitions.
  • Examine purchased products upon delivery and report any issues timely.
  • Maintain and update all records of purchased products.
  • Prepare reports on purchases made and perform cost analyses.
  • Implement purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to keep the business profitable.
  • Negotiate policies/contracts with suppliers.
  • Identify damaged or defective goods.
  • Build professional relationships with key suppliers.


  • Experience with purchasing software.
  • Strong analytical and networking skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • A valid UAE driving license.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
