Job Description

  • Make sure resources and equipment are always available.
  • Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assist prepare project proposals, timeframes and schedule.
  • Oversee and track the project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and update project status reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Provide analytical support to the Manager in executing assigned projects.
  • Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities.
  • Make sure all project activities are completed on-time.
  • Check contract requirements and process invoices in a timely manner.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards of practice.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
