Job Description

  • Research potential vendors and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Track orders and make sure timely delivery.
  • Check the quality of purchased products.
  • Enter order details such as quantities, prices into the databases.
  • Keep an updated record of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare and submit reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  • Oversee stock levels and place orders as required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to make sure proper storage.
  • Monitor and supervise employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Develop plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Establish the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with purchasing software.
  • Negotiation skills.

Qualifications
