Job Description

  • Implement procurement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
  • Differentiate proposals for price and specifications.
  • Negotiate with vendors to minimize costs.
  • Check contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Coordinate with vendors to make sure that the product arrives in a timely manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with critical suppliers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
  • Make sure adherence to all safety, health and environmental rules and regulations.
  • Remain abreast of changing industry trends.


  • Previous working experience in the same role for minimum 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of  invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license.


  • MA in Logistics or similar relevant fields.
