AED --

• Adjust, calibrate and test equipment to make sure proper pressure, speed and temperature.
• Check visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment to make sure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards.
• Utilize regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment on a bimonthly basis.
• Make repairs to equipment when needed and replace all defective, broken components.
• Select and install cutters, molds and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.

• Minimum 2 and above years of experience.

Knowledge of operating:-

• Automatic plastic extrusion line for pipes and tubings
• Die changeover
• Machine setting and operation
