• Implement strategies for all planning activities for projects.
• Make sure accuracy for all operational requirements for projects and achieve all investment objectives.
• Provide assistance in preparing all capital plans and project requirements.
• Examine all engineering activities for all internal and external departments.
• Suggest appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports.
• Draw plans by utilizing specialized design software packages.
• Make sure plans meet the client’s specifications.
• Provide estimations for timescales and costs.
• Oversee the project at all stages and provide solutions to problems.
• Coordinate with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers and other professionals.
• Make sure procedures are carried out safely.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
