Job Description

  • Gather/collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
  • Compute bonuses and allowances.
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month utilizing payroll software.
  • Distribute payment statements and collect signed receipts.
  • Provide report on payroll expenses.
  • Make sure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
  • Distribute payment statements and handle employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.


  • Strong math skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
