Job Description

  • Manage fleet, coordinate drivers/operators as well as customers at all levels.
  • Handle client feedback or complaints.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Maintain operations documents and reports.
  • Schedule/coordinate vendors.
  • Maintain an organized ledger of expenses.
  • Oversee supply stock and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and update files as required.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and perform basic clerical duties.


  • Female candidates between 25 to 35 years. 
  • Able to handle day to day operations. 
  • Absolute concentration and commitment in the job.
  • Should be versatile, well-rounded, personable, people-oriented and sensitive to customer’s needs. 
  • The ideal candidate should have effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to handle multitask activities.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
