  • Provide assistance to the Manager with operational issues.
  • Handle the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Maintain/update logs and order forms.
  • Update operation procedures document as required.
  • Sort and distribute mails and faxes to the designated personnel.
  • Carry out general administrative and clerical duties.


  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
