Job Description

  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Take messages or transfer calls to the designated person.
  • Print and copy documents when required.
  • Arrange meetings and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare necessary correspondence.
  • Maintain a filing system and make travel arrangements.
  • Prepare memos, invoices and other important reports.
  • Perform accounting tasks as assigned.


  • Available to join immediately.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Should have knowledge of accounts.
  • Should be able to maintain WPS.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of VAT preparation.
  • Good communication skill in English and Hindi.
