Job Description
- Assess the customer service offered by the employees in certain retail stores.
- Travel to the assigned store places.
- Examine the store's environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
- Keep receipts as proof of purchase for later reimbursement.
- Prepare and submit a written report detailing the shopping experience after each store visit.
- Maintain work logs.
- Reserve copies of completed assignments.
Requirements
- Must have a valid visa in the country.
- Passport size photo.
- Willing to travel.
- Must be observant.
- Good command of the English language is a must.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- All nationals can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
