Job Description
- Examine customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture.
- Handle customer queries regarding furniture products.
- Coordinate/communicate with the sales team to establish selling strategies.
- Work with the sales team to increase sales and profitability.
- Make sure that furniture is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Prepare action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Process customer orders.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
