Job Description
- Plan and establish maintenance duties as assigned.
- Follow all maintenance schedules as outlined on the task sheet.
- Check and verify the status of the job completed.
- Carry out instant repairs on-site works.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to make sure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Carry out maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to make sure functionality.
- Communicate with other technical staff as needed.
Requirements
- Indian / Pakistani nationals can only apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- A valid UAE driving license preferred.
Qualifications
- Vocational training certificate.
