Job Description
- Inspect sites to identify problems and necessary maintenance on a regular basis.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules.
- Oversee, supervise and train workers.
- Coordinate maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and make sure that work is completed on time.
- Keep all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Coordinate with all health and safety regulations.
- Carry out follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Perform safety inspections as scheduled.
- Implement strategies to meet workload demands on time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintenance.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree will be an advantage.
