Job Description

  • Make outbound calls and service incoming cargo queries.
  • Prepare and present quotations, emailing and follow up, confidently servicing each shipment.
  • Monitor all supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory, storage, and transportation.
  • Check, prepare and route purchase orders.
  • Make sure safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Oversee shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  • Coordinate/negotiate with suppliers and retailers.
  • Handle customer queries.

Must be experienced in:-

  • Professional Customer Service.
  • B2B experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarders services.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of UAE work experience in the Shipping or Freight forwarding Industry as a Sales Executive.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Passionate about sales.


  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics or related field.
