Job Description
- Arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Identify customers’ needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Ensure the quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the software.
- Give clear advice and solutions to the customers.
- Liaise with the marketing department.
- Remain up to date of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
- Develop effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.
