Job Description
- Handle employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
- Direct the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.

- Monitor payroll submissions and payments.
- Structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success.

- Track and analyze important HR metrics.
Requirements
