  • Sell MENA project tracker.
  • Ask questions to understand client requirements and close sales.
  • Maintain and update client information in the database.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and facilitate future sales.
  • Maintain records of calls/sales and note down useful information.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle any questions or issues the client may have.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and need.
  • Offer solutions based on the client's needs.

المتطلبات

  • Self-motivated, target driven individuals with a passion for selling.
  • Sales experience associated to the construction industry, dealing with consultants, construction companies and sub-contractors will be an advantage.
  • Currently based in UAE, preferably based in Dubai.
  • Experience of at least 2 to 3 years in generating sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

مؤهلات

  • Bachelor Degree Holder.
