Job Description
- Build rapport with customers and clients.
- Record deliveries and prepare daily delivery reports.
- Obtain signatures from recipients.
- Log unsuccessful deliveries at the end of each shift.
- Transport and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner.
- Check orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all assigned routes and time schedules.
Requirements
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- No traffic violation records.
- Time-management skills.
Qualifications
- High School Certificate.
