Job Description

  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Organize and coordinate office operations.
  • Keep files and records with effective filing systems.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in Dubai.
  • Should be presentable and fluent in English.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Must have excellent computer skills and have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in handling phone calls and customer service.
  • Experience in preparing the daily To-Do-Tasks and taking appointments.
  • Experience in handling a team of 20.
  • Willing to do multi-tasking jobs.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
