وصف الوظيفة

  • Answer phone calls and provide information about products/services.
  • Handle complaints and provide proper solutions/alternatives.
  • Maintain records of interactions/transactions of customers which includes inquiries and comments.
  • Process orders and forms.
  • Provide administrative support to other customer care team members when needed.
  • Follow up with customers, ensuring that customer’s requests are attended accordingly.
  • Monitor the customer service process.
  • Possess excellent product knowledge to build/increase customer support.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Give accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Adhere to the communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to listen and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle the pressure.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
