Job Description
- Handle large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate new sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ requirements to achieve satisfaction.
- Develop sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
