Job Description
- Evaluate plans and specifications for construction projects to make sure conformance with regulations.
- Carry out field inspections to inspect standards of building structures and materials.
- Conduct laboratory tests on materials to measure compliance with regulations.
- Keep records of documentation.
- Participate in close-out meetings of construction projects.
- Review plans for compliance with code requirements and discrepancies before and after the issuance of permits.
- Take down samples for various materials tests and calls for materials testing as needed.
- Check contract plans and specifications for compliance with appropriate building codes and project requirements.
- Inspect existing mechanical systems for safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 and above years of experience in the same role.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any engineering field.
