Job Description

  • Coordinate with clients, developers, architects and engineers.
  • Produce work schedules for contractors/laborers.
  • Adhere to time constraints.
  • Inspect building sites.
  • Provide a report on project progress.
  • Employ/manage contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and assist in the Building Permit process.
  • Support the management of the project schedule.
  • Plan and implement best practices/procedures with respect to the construction of projects.


  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management software.


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field.
