Job Description

  • Examine computer software/hardware problems, rectify  them and replace parts
  • Troubleshoot system failures/bugs and give solutions to restore functionality.
  • Maintain records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Carry out regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
  • Install and configure software/drivers.
  • Manage security options/software in computers and networks to ensure privacy and data protection.
  • Conduct tests and debug programs.
  • Make sure quality hardware and software support for end-users.
  •  Update system software when needed.
  • Solve problems with computer network systems.
  • Service computer-related equipment such as printers, projectors, web cameras and scanners.


  • Knowledge in hardware systems and software.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
