Job Description
- Prepare and deliver design proposals to clients.
- Negotiate with contractors and other construction professionals.
- Conduct site visits to check on progress.
- Handle problems that might come up during building.
- Produce drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Resolve design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
- Alter existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs.
- Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
- Make sure that all works are performed according to the specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Adhere to architectural trends and advancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Interior Design experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Lumion, 3DS Max, Corona Rendering, Photoshop, etc.
- Freshers can also apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
