Job Description
- Manage design projects from development through to completion.
- Prepare and present project proposals.
- Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's requirements.
- Develop drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
- Adhere to safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Develop detailed blueprints and provide any necessary corrections
- Maintain within budgets and timelines.
- Make sure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct on site visits to check on project status and report on the project.
- Cooperate and coordinate with construction professionals.
- Adhere to architectural trends and advancements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same role preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit etc.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes/regulatory standards.

- A valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
