Job Description

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • File contact information of employees, customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain an office filing system.
  • Deliver timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as required.


  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
